RENDERPRO 5.5 FOR STRATA 3D CX
*******************************
Strata RenderPro allows other computers on your local network to join in the task of rendering your Strata 3D images. These other computers can be Mac's or PC's - as long as they have recent operating systems, and they have some free time, RenderPro can make them part of the rendering process.

There are two ways you can distribute the files to the RenderPro installed computers ("Render Stations"):

-You can suspend several images, or segments of an animation, and copy them to Rendering Stations over the network. Then go the the network computers and open them in RenderPro using RenderPro's Rendering Queue menu command. See Rendering Queue in the Strata 3D CX manual on page 343.

-Or you can use the RenderPro Drop system that is included with the Strata RenderPro product. The Drop system allows you to stay at your host computer and drop suspended renderings to the other RenderPro Stations for automated execution.

Strata RenderPro and the accompanying RenderPro Drop program may be used on any computer within your local area network (LAN). If you wish to use Strata RenderPro for commercial purposes such as a "Rendering Farm" service you need to contact Strata for information on commercial licensing and fees.

To Install Strata RenderPro and the RenderPro Drop system, double-click on the "Strata RenderPro.pkg" (Mac) or 'Strata RenderPro Setup.exe" (Windows) file and follow the on-screen installation instructions.

Please refer to the Strata RenderPro Manual for more extensive information on how to setup and use Strata RenderPro and the "Drop Box" program.
